Pe☮ceful Stranger in a Strange Land

This was a nice surprise to see this in latest Mars transmission :D

Cinnamon buns. Yummy ^_^
1 cup warm soya milk
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 ripe banana, pureed 
1/2 cup brown sugar

4 cups plain flour

1 tsp salt

3 tsp instant dried yeast

Place all ingredients into the bread machine in the same order. Choose dough cycle. 

For Filling 

2 tbsp sunflower margarine 
3/4 cup soft brown sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon

Tadam! my very first bread! :D

Carrot Bread in a bread machine!

so I took 1 cup of water

1 cup (4 carrots)

2 tablespoons vegan margarine

2 tablespoons sugar

1/2 tablespoon salt

3 cups flour

1 cup bran

2 teaspoons dry yeast

Combine all ingredients in this order and select White Bread on bread machine and then enjoy ^_^
